We do not have set annual sales, however every now and then we decide to offer a surprise VIP discount to our newsletter subscribers.
Items bought on a discounted rate are not eligible for return. Of course if they are faulty we will replace or refund.

Return & Exchange
We do take great pride in the selected products on offer. If for any reason you are unhappy with the item you received, contact us immediately and we will gladly refund you or replace it.
If your purchased item has been damaged in transit please contact us asap and we will launch a claim with the courier company.
Please note that soaps and body brushes as well as gift vouchers can not be returned.
Shipping cost for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
In any case you will need to provide a proof of purchase.

We offer free shipping on orders over $150, nation wide (wholesaling and bulk purchase are excluded).
For everything under $150 we charge standard rates of $10 North Island and $15 South Island.
All items are wrapped and packed with the greatest care, if you wish to have gift wrapping or a special note in your package please write us a NOTE in the Check Out section.
Currently we do not offer international shipping.
What forms of payment do you accept?
PayPal gladly accept Visa, MasterCard and Amex or regular account payments all through PayPal.
You can also "send money" via your paypal account to email@example.com
All our prices are in NZD and include %15 gst.
How secure is this store?

We value your privacy, you will only receive our news letter if have actually signed up for it, or given us permission to do so.
Your name, address and e-mail address are collected by Paypal for the strict intention of processing your order and will not be used for any other purpose, nor will they be disclosed to a third party.
As Paypal processes all payments, we have no access to any credit card numbers or bank details at any point.
All of the Tony Sly Pottery is hand crafted right here in our Raglan workshop and here only.
Please appreciate that this also means each item has it's own characteristic look and can be slightly different in shape and shade of color to the one pictured in the online store. This is normal and part of the process.
Each item has that beloved "handmade" look and is what makes Tony Sly Pottery so special.
A lot of the accessories we choose to compliment our pottery range are also hand made and can have similar variations.
